Youth Day and Ladies Day are two events at the ERSC open to the general public. The events were created to introduce non shooters to the shooting sports and provide the opportunity for someone interested,  to try various firearms in a safe and stress free environment, and ask questions.

The ranges are all closed for regular use, and hay rides bring guests to different locations to try pistol, trap shooting, muzzleloader, archery, rifles, rimfire, air rifles, and airsoft.

This is a free event, and all firearms and ammunition are provided,  Guests receive one on one instruction from volunteers who are knowledgeable, and safety is always first.

There are often demonstrations of various shooting disciplines and snacks or a light lunch are provided.  In the past there have also been demos on fly fishing, bow fishing, outdoor cooking, and camping.
